Refunds and Returns

As Takelicence offers digital products (activation codes), our refund and return policy is subject to the nature of the products purchased. Refund requests can be made under specific circumstances, provided that the purchased product (activation code) has not been accessed or used.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product (activation code). The request can only be processed if the product has not been viewed on the Takelicence platform. Once the activation code has been accessed or used, the right to request a refund is waived.

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • The product (activation code) is not as described (e.g., a different version than advertised, or the code is for an incorrect platform).
  • The product (activation code) does not work as intended (e.g., the code is marked as invalid or already used when attempting to activate it on the correct platform).

If the product is non-refundable or non-returnable as specified on the product page, Takelicence will not be able to process a refund or return for that product. Customers are encouraged to review product information carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer. The refund process may take up to 30 days to be completed after approval.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: RETURN #ORDERNUMBER. In the body of the email, kindly explain the reason for your return request. We will respond within 48 hours, confirming whether your request is approved or denied. Additional clarification may be requested if needed.


Complaints and Issues

If you believe your rights have been violated or experience any issues with the services provided by Takelicence, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via our website’s messaging system or sent to [email protected]. We will aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

To file a complaint, please provide the following information:

  • Order Details: Include the order information related to the issue.
  • Description of Rights Violation: Clearly describe the violation or issue you’ve encountered.
  • Incident Details: Provide details of the situation in which the rights were violated.

Return of Unused Products

If you have purchased an activation code but have not used it, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In this case, Takelicence will refund your payment, and you must return the unused product without activating the code.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements related to these terms, their breach, validity, or termination, will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom, following the applicable jurisdiction rules.
